The Role

What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential leads within our ideal customer profile (ENR 400 GCs, construction managers, and project teams).
- Initiate outbound prospecting efforts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.

- Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
- Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging and improve outreach performance.

What We’re Looking For

Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to spearhead our design efforts in creating intuitive and impactful user experiences for the construction industry. In this role, you’ll shape the future of how construction professionals interact with reality intelligence technology, from conceptualizing new features to refining existing workflows. You’ll lead design strategy across our web platform, iOS, iPad, and Android applications, ensuring seamless experiences that solve real construction challenges.
Working at the intersection of complex construction workflows and cutting-edge AI/ML technology, you’ll translate insights into beautiful, functional designs that enhance user experience and drive engagement across our growing platform used by industry leaders globally.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership & Strategy
· Lead the design vision for Track3D’s Reality Intelligence Platform, establishing design principles that guide product development
· Define and evolve Track3D’s comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across web application, iOS, iPad, and Android platforms
· Translate complex construction workflows and AI-driven insights into intuitive, user-centered design solutions
· Drive design strategy in collaboration with Product Management and Engineering to align with business objectives
Design Execution & Delivery
· Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for new features and product improvements
· Develop intuitive design solutions that enable seamless adoption by field crews, project managers, and stakeholders regardless of their technical background
· Design intuitive interfaces for complex data visualization, including 3D visualizations like Point Clouds and Meshes and progress analytics
· Ensure pixel-perfect implementation by collaborating closely with engineering teams
· Maintain design quality and consistency across all touchpoints and user interactions
Team Leadership & Collaboration
· Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous improvement
· Establish design workflows, review processes, and quality standards for the design team
· Partner with Product Managers to translate business requirements into compelling design solutions
· Work closely with Engineering and ML teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal performance

· Validate design decisions through testing, iteration, and data analysis
Innovation & Industry Expertise
· Drive innovation in spatial computing, 3D visualization, and mobile-first design for field use
· Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices across all products
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 6 – 8 years in UI/UX design and front-end development, with at least 2 years in a leadership/mentorship role.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD for design.
- Front-end coding skills: React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and modern design frameworks (nice-to-have).
- Experience with 3D visualization tools, WebGL, or Three.js (nice-to-have).
Leadership Skills: Ability to lead a small team, conduct reviews, and set quality benchmarks.
Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Exposure to construction tech, BIM, or geospatial visualization platforms.

Solutions Engineer (US)
Role Overview
We are looking for a technical, construction “Solutions Engineer,” to be the technical subject matter expert of the Track3D platform, supporting primarily pre-sales and some post-sales customer engagements. You need to have a deep understanding of Track3D, evangelizing the value, benefits, and features. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing technical and domain expertise, understanding both the construction process and how Track3D delivers value on the jobsite
- Drive the technical discovery process, both pre-sales (primary focus) & post-sales, helping to uncover customer’s current pains and to align to their business objectives
- Prepare and deliver high impact presentations and technical demonstrations to impart the value of Track3D
- Guide prospects through the evaluation process of Track3D ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
- Develop a technical understanding of the competitive landscape and Track3D’s differentiators. Be the expert that can be pulled in to discuss differentiators and box out the competition in this competitive construction tech landscape
- Empower customers to understand and leverage the insights they get from Track3D across their whole organization
- Manage clients’ technical requests and their expectations
- Assist the wider Track3D team (engineering, product, marketing) to design new features & message based on customer feedback and your industry experience
- Juggle many different internal + external stakeholders and understand what they need
- Be able to work both remotely and to visit project sites
What We’re Looking For
- BSc/BA degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management or Engineering, or another related field
- Extensive previous work experience (>5 years) with new construction projects as a project manager, site Engineer, superintendent, VDC manager or a similar role for the residential and/or commercial sectors
- Familiarity with construction and project management software programs (Procore, Autodesk, MS Project, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of the construction process
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities
- Able to work under pressure, and prioritize, thriving in a startup environment

Implementation Specialist
Role Overview
Are you detail-oriented, driven by execution, and excited about shaping how technology meets construction in the real world? As an Implementation Specialist at Track3D, you’ll play a vital role in setting up and delivering new projects for customers across the built environment. You’ll manage technical project data, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth and timely onboarding for our clients.
This is a hands-on role ideal for those who enjoy problem-solving, process precision, and taking ownership in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and accurate project launches by configuring client data, documents, and workflows within defined timelines.
- Accelerate time-to-value for clients by proactively addressing onboarding blockers, escalating issues early, and coordinating across teams.
- Maintain service quality and project accuracy by following implementation checklists and processes.
- Improve user experience by contributing to clearer documentation, better setup flows, and more effective internal knowledge sharing.
- Support client training and engagement by assisting in demos and helping users get started.
- Enable better cross-functional delivery by sharing relevant insights internally.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring onboarding friction points and proposing fixes or process enhancements.
What We’re Looking For
- 0-1.5 years of experience in implementation, technical operations, customer onboarding, or project coordination roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, or related technical fields.
- Comfort using digital project management or ticketing tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to construction, real estate, or B2B SaaS environments.
- Experience supporting customers or coordinating internal workflows in fast-paced teams.
- Knowledge of platforms like Procore, Autodesk, or construction technology tools.
