Role Overview

Are you a natural problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology? As an Implementation Lead at Track3D, you’ll lead a team that ensures successful deployment of our platform across high-impact construction projects. You’ll own project delivery outcomes, improve onboarding operations, and drive collaboration across teams to ensure our customers see value quickly and reliably. 

This role is ideal for someone who can balance execution with leadership, and wants to grow with a high-performing, fast-scaling team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive successful and scalable client onboarding by leading your team to deliver project setup and go-live within defined SLAs. 
  • Increase client satisfaction and adoption by ensuring setup accuracy, clarity of deliverables, and responsiveness to client needs during onboarding. 
  • Ensure seamless project delivery across teams by managing cross-functional coordination to remove blockers and align on timelines. 
  • Coach and enable your team to grow into high-ownership contributors by providing regular feedback, reviewing project outcomes, and mentoring on complex implementations. 
  • Own key operational metrics such as onboarding timelines, client success milestones, SLA adherence, and delivery consistency. 
  • Continuously improve implementation workflows by refining documentation, building better internal playbooks, and identifying automation opportunities. 
  • Serve as the escalation point for high-impact projects, providing guidance on issues and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders. 
  • Shape the future of project delivery at Track3D by contributing to strategy, identifying bottlenecks, and piloting new tools and processes. 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer delivery, or technical project management. 
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a similar field. 
  • Proven track record managing people or cross-functional projects with successful outcomes. 

Preferred Qualification

Experience working in SaaS, Construction Tech, or technical onboarding environments.
