Role Overview

As a Marketing Analyst, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping Track3D’s customer-facing presence. You’ll engage directly with customers to capture testimonials, support creation of written and video content, and assist in event planning and execution. You’ll also analyze campaign and engagement performance to inform future activities. 

This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is highly organized, customer-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced SaaS startup. 

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Content 

  • Coordinate with customers to capture testimonials, case studies, and success stories. 
  • Assist in creating and editing video content from customer interviews and events. 
  • Develop short-form content for campaigns, social media, and digital channels. 

Event & Field Marketing 

  • Represent Track3D at U.S. trade shows, conferences, and customer events. 
  • Manage logistics for booths, demos, and onsite coordination. 
  • Organize virtual events, webinars, and customer meetings. 

Analytics & Reporting 

  • Track and report on marketing activities, customer engagement, and campaign performance. 
  • Provide insights to improve ROI and content effectiveness. 
  • Maintain a database of customer stories, testimonials, and marketing assets. 

Marketing Operations 

  • Support cross-functional coordination with U.S. sales, CS, and product teams. 
  • Keep marketing collateral updated (presentations, brochures, videos). 
  • Help streamline processes for content collection, approval, and publishing. 

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or customer-facing roles. 
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills in English. 
  • Basic video editing/content creation skills (Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar). 
  • Videography skills (shooting customer testimonial videos, event coverage, interviews) are a strong plus. 
  • Comfortable engaging directly with customers and representing the company at events. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in execution. 
  • Willingness to travel for events and customer visits. 
  • Prior startup or SaaS experience is a plus.
