Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive product development efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and a proven track record in product management.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define product requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs.

Product Development: Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality products that meet user expectations.

User Experience: Champion a user-centric approach to product design and ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.

Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies and marketing collateral.

Product Metrics: Define and track key product metrics to measure product success and make data-driven decisions.

Product Improvements: Continuously iterate and improve products based on user feedback and performance data.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in a related field (MBA or relevant certification is a plus).

4-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the construction tech industry.

Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Knowledge of authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, Firebase Auth).

Exposure to WebAssembly (WASM), Three.js, or WebGL.

Contributions to open-source projects or experience in building design systems.
