Role Overview

We’re looking for a Product Marketer (4–5 years experience) to join our U.S. team. This role will be critical in driving product-focused content, go-to-market messaging, and sales enablement materials that support both demand generation and lead generation.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success to ensure Track3D’s value is communicated clearly and consistently to enterprise customers. If you’ve worked in enterprise SaaS (bonus), thrive in a startup environment (must), and love shaping narratives that connect technology to customer value, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Storytelling & Content
    • Develop product-focused collateral: solution briefs, one-pagers, customer case studies, blog posts, and sales decks.
    • Create enablement content for sales and CS teams, including pitch decks, ROI/value calculators, FAQs, and competitive battle cards.
    • Collaborate with the U.S. demand gen team to provide content tailored for campaigns, webinars, events, and ABM initiatives.
  • Go-to-Market Execution
    • Partner with product management on messaging, positioning, and feature launch campaigns.
    • Lead U.S. execution for feature/product launches by developing communication materials and training internal teams.
    • Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints in the U.S. market.
  • Sales & Customer Success Alignment
    • Work closely with U.S. Sales and CS teams to capture customer feedback and pain points.
    • Help shape narratives that resonate with executive buyers (CIOs, CTOs, Operations, VDC, etc.).
    • Build product-focused materials to support ABM campaigns and deal acceleration.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence
    • Research and analyze U.S. market trends and competitor positioning.
    • Feed insights into product and marketing strategy to sharpen Track3D’s differentiation.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or related roles.
  • Startup experience is a must; ability to move fast and work across functions.
  • Enterprise SaaS experience is a bonus—especially in construction tech or B2B industries with long sales cycles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build compelling stories for executive-level buyers.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales, product, and marketing teams.
  • Experience supporting demand gen and ABM campaigns is a plus.
  • Location flexible within the U.S.; ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings and industry events.

Why Join Us?

  • Shape the go-to-market story of a fast-growing enterprise SaaS startup.
  • Work directly with leadership, driving pipeline and revenue.
  • Collaborate with some of the largest construction firms in the U.S. market.
  • High-growth role with opportunities to expand into leadership as the company scales.
  • Flexible U.S. location with occasional travel to customers, industry events, and company offsites.
