Role Overview
We’re looking for someone who’s just starting out in their career and excited to grow with us. As a Customer Success Associate at Track3D, you’ll begin by learning the ins and outs of our platform, shadowing kickoff calls, and helping customers see value right from their first pilot projects. Over time, you’ll grow into running your own customer accounts, leading onsite visits, and shaping how our customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Onboarding
- Join kickoff calls with new customers to capture goals and success criteria.
- Work with the Implementation Team to help schedule training sessions and make sure teams know how to use the platform and capture their first projects.
- Project Support
- Work with our Implementation Managers to set up projects.
- Track progress and help customers see value from their first captures.
- Understand Track3D technology inside and out.
- Build Customer Relationships
- Sit in on check-ins with customers to review results and celebrate wins.
- Gather feedback to share with our Product and Sales teams.
- Understand industry business goals.
- Grow Over Time
- Learn how to manage a portfolio of customer accounts.
- Contribute to case studies and customer stories that highlight success.
- Take on more ownership as you build confidence and experience.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills — you’re comfortable talking with people from jobsite teams to project executives.
- Organized and detail-oriented — you can keep track of moving pieces.
- Curious and eager to learn about construction tech and AI tools.
- No prior experience in customer success? That’s okay! Experience in SaaS, construction, or customer-facing work is a bonus but not required.
