The Role

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers. This role is critical in building the pipeline for our sales team and helping Track3D expand its reach across North America’s leading construction firms.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and identify potential leads within our ideal customer profile (ENR 400 GCs, construction managers, and project teams).
  • Initiate outbound prospecting efforts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
  • Qualify inbound leads and assess alignment with our product offering.
  • Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
  • Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging and improve outreach performance.
  • Track all prospect interactions and manage workflows using HubSpot CRM.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, construction technology advancements, and key players in the market.
  • Attend relevant trade shows, virtual events, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Provide weekly insights and feedback to sales and marketing teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, customer success, or business development role (ideally in SaaS or construction-related industries).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and targets in a sales environment.
  • Experience with CRM tools — familiarity with HubSpot is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about customers, their pain points, and how our solutions solve real-world problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
