Track3D is building a category-defining Reality Intelligence platform for the construction industry, helping owners, general contractors, and trade partners gain certainty on progress, execution, and risk. As we scale our presence in the US market, field marketing and industry engagement play a critical role in how we build credibility, access senior decision-makers, and drive pipeline in a relationship-driven industry like construction.

We are hiring a Field Marketing & Industry Engagement Manager with experience in the Construction Technology industry to own our entire US field marketing motion – spanning event strategy, executive engagement, regional programs, and industry relationships. This is not an event coordination role. It is a strategic, revenue-adjacent marketing role focused on turning industry presence into executive access and pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities

The Field Marketing & Industry Engagement Manager will own Track3D’s US field marketing engine end-to-end – defining which events matter, how we show up, how we invest our budget, and how we convert field activity into meaningful executive relationships and sales outcomes. This role blends strategic planning, senior-level industry engagement, hands-on execution, and tight alignment with sales and leadership, with a strong bias toward lead generation efficiency while using brand-building moments selectively to unlock long-term leverage.

  • Own the US field marketing strategy, aligned with sales goals, target accounts, and priority verticals.
  • Define and manage the event portfolio – deciding which events to attend, sponsor, speak at, or skip, and how Track3D shows up at each.
  • Plan and execute conferences, industry events, and owned programs (executive roundtables, invite-only dinners, regional meetups).
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior industry leaders (CIOs, CTOs, VDC and innovation leaders).
  • Partner closely with sales to drive executive meetings, pipeline influence, and post-event follow-through.
  • Own the field marketing budget and allocate spend based on ROI and sales priorities.
  • Capture and share market insights from the field to inform messaging, product marketing, and sales enablement.
  • This role will be measured on outcomes, not activity volume.

What We’re Looking For

Required Experience:

  • 8-15+ years in field marketing, industry marketing, or enterprise event-led GTM roles.
  • Experience marketing enterprise B2B technology with long sales cycles.
  • Proven ability to engage senior executives comfortably and credibly.
  • Strong track record of designing and executing high-impact events and executive programs.
  • US-based, with willingness to travel frequently.
