The Role 

As an early sales hire, you will play an essential role in growing net new customers for Track3D. You love enterprise, multiple stakeholder selling because that’s where your sales talent shines. You thrive in complexity and know how to navigate the intricacies of the construction industry. We’re looking for an independent, driven, and flexible problem solver with a record of stellar sales performance, who’s passionate about delivering value to customers, to join our growing sales team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Expand Track3D’s customer base with net new customers & drive business results with target customers [Top 100 ENR primary focus, Top 101-300 ENR secondary focus] 
  • Engage net new prospects [GCs, Trade Partners, Owners] by positioning how Track3D’s technology can address the construction industry’s most pressing challenges of improving operational efficiency to deliver on time and on budget.  
  • Own the entire sales cycle from qualification through negotiation, and ARR or project deal execution 
  • Have the ability to confidently demo the software and differentiate Track3D in the market – evangelizing why it has become the market-leader for automated AI construction monitoring 
  • Exceed quarterly and annual quotas – you are an overachiever! 
  • Drive pipeline generation by attending conferences, industry events & meetups — build your network within the industry. You love to network! 
  • Bring feedback from prospects and customers back to product, engineering, CS teams, sales leadership, and founders to enable continuous improvement of Track3D’s products & value to customers

Requirements: 

  • You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, exceeding your revenue targets (because you’re a rockstar!) 
  • You have 5+ years of enterprise sales experience (B2B, high tech), selling to customers that range from C-level executives to end users 
  • Experience selling construction technology in the U.S. market, with an excellent understanding of how to navigate stakeholders and multi-thread 
  • Strong ability to qualify and strategically pursue the right revenue opportunities 
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to adapt to different target audiences at different levels of the organization 
  • Passion for technology and delivering value to customers 
  • High degree of motivation and exceptional drive to succeed – proactive, curious, and tenacious are words that describe you 
  • At home in a very fast-paced, startup environment with an ability to wear multiple hats and execute with little structure

The Role
We are looking for a technical, construction “Project Manager,” to be the technical subject matter expert of the Track3D platform, supporting primarily pre-sales and some post-sales customer engagements. You need to have a deep understanding of Track3D, evangelizing the value, benefits, and features. You are passionate about bringing solutions to customers and are eager to be a change agent, bringing disruptive technology to the construction industry.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing technical and domain expertise, understanding both the construction process and how Track3D delivers value on the jobsite  
  • Drive the technical discovery process, both pre-sales (primary focus) & post-sales, helping to uncover customer’s current pains and to align to their business objectives  
  • Prepare and deliver high impact presentations and technical demonstrations to impart the value of Track3D  
  • Guide prospects through the evaluation process of Track3D ensuring that our solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements  
  • Develop a technical understanding of the competitive landscape and Track3D’s differentiators. Be the expert that can be pulled in to discuss differentiators and box out the competition in this competitive construction tech landscape  
  • Empower customers to understand and leverage the insights they get from Track3D across their whole organization  
  • Manage clients’ technical requests and their expectations  
  • Assist the wider Track3D team (engineering, product, marketing) to design new features & message based on customer feedback and your industry experience  
  • Juggle many different internal + external stakeholders and understand what they need  
  • Be able to work both remotely and to visit project sites  

Requirements 

  • BSc/BA degree (or equivalent) in Construction Management or Engineering, or another related field  
  • Extensive previous work experience (>5 years) with new construction projects as a project manager, site Engineer, superintendent, VDC manager or a similar role for the residential and/or commercial sectors  
  • Familiarity with construction and project management software programs (Procore, Autodesk, MS Project, etc.)  
  • Excellent knowledge of the construction process  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal abilities  
  • Able to work under pressure, and prioritize, thriving in a startup environment  
  • Able to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously  
  • Motivated with a positive attitude  
  • Passion for technology and delivering value to customers

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) with deep expertise in commercial construction to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term success for Track3D customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience as a VDC Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Engineer and understands the nuances of construction workflows, challenges, and technology adoption.

The CSM will own customer engagement end-to-end—partnering with executives, project teams, and field personnel to maximize value, drive organization-wide adoption, and expand Track3D’s footprint within customer organizations. This role is critical to scaling Track3D across the enterprise, ensuring customers achieve tangible success and become long-term advocates of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the customer relationship—be the primary point of contact for enterprise accounts, ensuring long-term success and adoption of Track3D.
  • Deeply engage with customers to understand their goals and challenges, aligning Track3D’s platform to drive measurable business impact.
  • Drive adoption at scale—ensure full integration of Track3D across customer teams, from project sites to executive leadership.
  • Expand Track3D’s presence—identify and execute opportunities for multi-project and enterprise-wide expansion, securing Track3D as a standard across organizations.
  • Deliver strategic business reviews (QBRs)—proactively showcase value, drive executive alignment, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and implementation, working closely with cross-functional teams to maximize efficiency and accelerate time to value.
  • Act as a trusted construction technology advisor, helping customers optimize workflows and unlock the full potential of AI-driven reality intelligence.
  • Collaborate with Sales to drive upsell and expansion opportunities, positioning Track3D as the go-to solution for reality intelligence.
  • Provide valuable customer feedback to Product and Engineering, ensuring continuous innovation aligned with real-world construction needs.
  • Build customer advocates—identify success stories and case studies, driving thought leadership and market influence.
  • Work both remotely and on-site, meeting customers where they are to ensure maximum impact.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry—ideally in roles such as VDC Engineer, Assistant Superintendent, or Project Engineer.
  • Deep knowledge of construction workflows, processes, and industry challenges—must be able to engage with project teams and executives with confidence.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to develop executive-level partnerships and drive organization-wide adoption.
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise customer relationships, ensuring long-term success and land-and-expand growth.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability—able to tailor solutions that maximize value and drive customer success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating the impact of AI-driven construction intelligence to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in customer success, account management, or construction technology sales is a plus.
  • Early-stage startup experience is a plus.
