The Role
You will be on the front lines — uncovering opportunities, nurturing early interest, and booking meetings that move deals forward. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, curious, and results-driven individual looking to launch or grow their career in SaaS sales.
What You’ll Do
- Research and identify potential leads within our ideal customer profile (ENR 400 GCs, construction managers, and project teams).
- Initiate outbound prospecting efforts via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.
- Qualify inbound leads and assess alignment with our product offering.
- Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
- Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging and improve outreach performance.
- Track all prospect interactions and manage workflows using HubSpot CRM.
- Stay informed about industry trends, construction technology advancements, and key players in the market.
- Attend relevant trade shows, virtual events, and networking sessions to build relationships and generate leads.
- Provide weekly insights and feedback to sales and marketing teams.

What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales, customer success, or business development role (ideally in SaaS or construction-related industries).
- Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs and targets in a sales environment.
- Experience with CRM tools — familiarity with HubSpot is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about customers, their pain points, and how our solutions solve real-world problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
