July 2026 Product Release

Promotional banner announcing July 26 Feature Release, featuring a woman in a yellow hard hat and safety vest against a black and purple background, with TRACKED logo.

Knowing where a project stands is only half the job. The other half is catching problems early enough to act and knowing precisely which issues need your immediate attention. This release is built around both: catching schedule risk before it compounds, giving your team control over which alerts stay on their radar, and extending Track3D’s integration with Procore to link Inspections.

Here’s what’s new:

1. Link Procore Inspections

Track3D already connects your notes to Procore RFIs, Observations, and Submittals, so raising or referencing them never means leaving Track3D. This release extends that same connection to Inspections, Procore’s template-based checklists for verifying on-site work, so every checklist is backed by the capture it came from.

With this update, you can now:

  • Create a New Inspection Without Leaving Track3D: Select a note and choose to Link Procore Inspection. Every field pulls from your project’s existing templates, matching Procore’s dropdowns and formats exactly, so nothing needs to be re-entered.
  • Link to an Inspection That Already Exists: If it’s already logged in Procore, connect it to a Track3D note in a couple of clicks, no need to jump between platforms to cross-reference the two.
  • Get Procore Updates Automatically: When key fields change in Procore, they update in Track3D automatically, so your note stays current without any manual follow-up.

The result is one connected, seamless workflow between Track3D and Procore, reducing the need for manual re-entry and eliminating the need to switch platforms.

2. Schedule Deviation Alerts

Track3D already provides alerts on stalled and slowed-down work. Now, it also flags schedule risk the moment a stage falls behind or is trending toward a delay, and when a stage is running ahead of plan.

With this update, you can now:

  • Catch a Stage Falling Behind: You’ll get a ‘Behind Schedule’ alert when actual progress falls more than 10% behind the scheduled pace, including stages that haven’t started yet but were scheduled to.
  • Catch a Stage Moving Ahead: You’ll get an ‘Ahead of Schedule’ alert when a stage runs more than 10% ahead of plan, a signal that manpower might be better used elsewhere.
  • Catch a Delay Before It’s Confirmed: You’ll get a ‘Potential Delay’ alert when a stage is still within range, but its current work rate suggests it’ll miss the scheduled end date regardless.
  • See the Full Picture, Not Just a Flag: Every alert includes an Impact view comparing scheduled and estimated completion dates, along with a suggestion for the rate or manpower change needed to recover or reallocate.

The result is early visibility into every schedule deviation, so you can recover a delay or reallocate manpower before either one costs you time.

3. Snooze and Clear Alerts

Not every alert on your project needs action today. Some are tied to a known, temporary issue that will resolve on its own. Others may already be handled on-site, just waiting for the next capture to confirm it. With this release, you get more control over both: alerts are now organized into New, Snoozed, and Cleared sections.

With this update, you can now:

  • Snooze an Alert for Later: Set an alert aside for a set number of days or a specific date so you can stay focused on what’s urgent today without losing track of what’s coming. Snoozing only affects your own view, so the rest of your team still sees it as usual, and it automatically reappears once the time is up.
  • Clear an Alert with a Reason: Mark an alert as ‘Resolved’, ‘Acknowledged’, or ‘Other’, with a comment if needed, so the moment something’s handled, everyone on the project knows it too.
  • Keep a Full History: Every cleared alert keeps a record of who closed it, when, and why, or an Auto-Cleared tag if the system caught it first, giving your team a reliable reference whenever a question comes up later.

The result is a New Alerts list that only shows what genuinely needs attention right now, and a shared record your whole team can rely on for everything that’s already been handled.
