The Story Behind Track3D’s $10M Series A: Why We Raised Now
When we started Track3D, our mission was simple but bold: bring clarity, certainty, and speed to construction projects by making jobsite reality visible and actionable for everyone involved.
Over the past two years, we’ve seen this mission come to life across projects of every scale. General contractors are streamlining progress monitoring. Trade partners are validating work-in-place and getting paid faster. Owners are gaining transparency into the true status of their investments. In every case, Reality Intelligence has shown its ability to transform collaboration, reduce disputes, and accelerate execution.
And yet, we know this is only the beginning.
Why We Raised Now
What started as small pilots has quickly grown into something much bigger. Customers who once asked us to prove value on a single project are now asking us to scale across regions, roll out new use cases, and integrate more deeply into their day-to-day workflows. That demand from the field, not just our own push, is what convinced us it was time to take the next step.
At the same time, the construction industry itself is at an inflection point. Project teams face unprecedented pressures: tighter schedules, labor shortages, and rising costs. Reality capture technologies like 360° cameras, drones, and LiDAR-enabled phones have become mainstream, but too often the data sits idle showing a record of what happened, rather than intelligence to guide what comes next. What the industry needs isn’t just more documentation. It needs a smarter, simpler way to turn that data into decisions. That’s exactly the gap Track3D fills.
